Although I’ve seen this before, I am literally sitting here with tears just pouring down my face and yet I feel so good inside.

I am inspired!  I am in touch right now with the core of who I am.  I am love!

So why such an emotional reaction … ???  mmmmm …. good question.

Hey everyone … this is going to be just a very quick update on what is happening with Club Sea Breeze.

Basically, when setting the original date, Kelly didn’t realise it would be Good Friday and the Easter Holiday.  He discussed it with those of us on the Advisory Board and made an executive decision to reschedule the prelaunch date.  Now …

Pre Launch is Monday 5 April at noon (MST)

Having said that, they are in the middle of beta testing as we speak.  I was on the phone to Kelly just last night assisting with feedback in relation to the beta testing as my membership was the first to cycle (apart from the original company-owned memberships) … notifications emails were generated, commissions were assigned, and the system sucked in its first breath of life.

I’ve got to tell you, it’s sooo exciting to see what was once a simple idea, a dream, a vision … to then see it become reality!  I could hear that in Kelly’s voice.  In fact, it was so palpable, I could actually FEEL it myself.

All I can say is this …. when you REALLY understand the subtle distinctions within “The Panel Revolution” compensation plan, and the impact those distinctions CAN have on your earning potential (if you know what you’re doing) and the future success for your new business as a CSB Associate, you will feel “juiced,” you’ll be jumping out your skin.  And if you don’t, then you don’t understand it well enough.  Come see me and I’ll help you.

Let’s put it this way … I was recently speaking to a very successful leader in the last travel company I was involved with and they told me they had cycled 10 times with a team of over 7,000, in less than 6 months which is a great accomplishment and shows what a great leader that person is.  I am friends with this person and admire and respect them immensely.

However, with a team of around half that, I doubled those results in the same time frame.  We discussed this at length and know exactly how it happened and learned some valuable lessons from each other about how to approach business to be even more successful as a Club Sea Breeze Associate.

It all boiled down to understanding the intricacies of the compensation plan as well as building a self-motivated team.  Bottom line:  I understand this “Panel Revolution” compensation plan better than anyone I know at this point in time.  I know how to get the MOST out of the effort expended and that’s what I will be passing on to my team.

In fact, as I was saying to someone this morning on Skype, I’m all about teaching people to fish, not GIVING them fish!  I do my best to EMPOWER people … not disempower.

Obviously all business success is based on sales, and ClubSeaBreeze is no different.  The more sales you make, the more you deserve to earn.  That is the beauty of mlm or network marketing, and ClubSeaBreeze is no different.  You are rewarded based on performance, so you have complete control of your paycheck.

Although I’ve got to tell you this … with CSB, you could actually start business as an Associate with as little as $29.97 and just make retail sales the whole time and still have a successful business without any need to recruit or manage a downline, so to speak.  Obviously there is more leverage in having a team, but there is always two edges of a knife, two sides to a coin, two ends of a rope.  With the leverage, also comes the concomitant demands associated with support.

The first, most important tool in your online business tool box needs to be an autoresponder.  An auto responder is an automated system that delivers emails to those asking for information from you.  Because it can be systemised, it helps you build relationships with subscribers starting the moment they sign up.

An auto responder manages your subscriber list(s) and email campaigns.  It can welcome new subscribers, educate them about your products, and drive them back to your website, without lifting a finger.  It can also be used as a delivery device for valuable information, tips and and course materials on a regular basis.

Obviously, it goes without saying that deliverability is critical.  And with spam and privacy issues these days, a lot of people have filters and firewalls that can prevent your emails from being delivered, even though the person has requested information from you.  You need to have a high deliverability rate with low bounce rate.

It happens to me, and I’m sure it probably happens to you too.  You find an email you’ve been waiting for in your spam folder.  So it goes without saying that sometimes that could happen to your email campaigns too.

But you don’t want just ANY auto responder.  If you have a business mindset, a long term vision of your online success, you need to have an autoresponder that can segregate lists for you.

You need the flexibility to collect, categorise and communicate with people who have similar interests.  For example, if you have a site about gardening, you want all those people in one list and not have your rev head car buffs in the same list.  Make sense?

Your autoresponder must handle multiple email campaigns with the ability to schedule, split test and track the results.  This enables you to improve the effectiveness of your efforts.

I just want to say how honoured … mmmm??? yep, “honoured” is the right word … to be invited by Kelly Williams, to be a member of the Advisory Board for his new mlm travel company, ClubSeaBreeze.  (Can I sneak in “excited” too?    lol)

Kelly and I were both involved previously with a travel company.  But, as soon as I became aware that everyone was not getting what was promised by the company, I could not continue to sell that product.

Of course I realised the repercussions of such a decision and it was sad to let it go.  But I had to be true to my heart because of what I believe and the strength and conviction I have to live according to those beliefs.

I believe it doesn’t matter WHAT you do, as much as it matters HOW YOU FEEL while you’re doing what you do.

Only YOU know when you are “lined up with you”, when there’s no resistance, when there’s no little voice saying “but what if ….”  When you’re lined up, with no resistance, it feels so good! 

But when you’re not lined up with you, when that little voice just nags you with one “what if” after another … well, I call it having the “two-head thing goin on.”  That’s not where you want to STAY.  You can BE there, but you want to move on to clarity and focus.

You know when you are juiced and lovin life!  It’s when you’ve got your mojo.  Nothing can stop you.  You’re full of energy, confidence and enthusiasm.  You just KNOW what you are doing is RIGHT for YOU!  Pickin up what I’m layin down here?

Well, I believe that’s how you want to feel, and no amount of money is worth compromising your integrity.  So when I started having the two-head thing goin on with the previous company, when it came to a point where I had to fight that little “what if” voice to keep selling their product, it was a very easy decision.

Sure I copped a bit of flack from a few over it, (even though I was in the same boat as everyone … just a distributor doing my best and definitely not responsible for what the company did or didn’t do).  At first, I was devastated because some people shot the messenger, plus I had invested so much money, time and effort.  But then, I just had to put those few little negatives into perspective, because the vast majority of people were supportive and actually applauded my decision.  But I’ve got to tell you, it was a real eye-opener into the internet world, people in general, and especially the mlm arena.

Now movin’ right along …

Well, Kelly felt the same.  Being a successful businessman with a true entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to set up his own travel mlm company the RIGHT way.  So with the encouragement of his son and the support of a loving family, Kelly and Jake Williams started Club Sea Breeze.

Prelaunch is scheduled for 2 April 2010.  [Now Re-scheduled for 5 April - Happy Easter!]

The system is being beta tested at the moment.  To say I am even more excited at the possibilities for anyone who decides to take advantage of this business opportunity is an understatement.  Aaaahhh, anticipation is almost *as good*, if not better, than the eventuality, don’t you find!  Bit like that first kiss.  I’m feeling those little tummy butterflies just thinking about it as I’m typing … the possibilities that is, not the kiss. 

In essence, for the long term viability of any legitimate mlm company, three critical aspects must be addressed right from the start:

1. the value of the product and reliability of product delivery in a professional manner with satisfactory back-up and customer support,
2. adherence to FTC compliance requirements and legalities regarding every aspect of the business, and
3. a robust performance-based compensation plan, providing everyone the opportunity (no matter when they get involved) to earn, with systems in place to motivate continual increased sales of the product by the associates/distributors.

I applaud what Kelly and Jake have put together for the above reasons, but most importantly, for what it will mean to so many people.   What I see is a lot more potential for success for a lot more people in ClubSeaBreeze.  But, of course, the bottom line is always based on selling memberships.  You get paid to sell memberships and the more you sell, the more you deserve to get paid.

Bottom line:  if you’d love to travel in luxury at discounted prices, then why not turn it into a business and earn an income doing what you love to do?

I am happy!  I love my life!  And I am often asked how?  So let me share with you my philosophy or belief about life …

It’s doesn’t matter so much what you DO, but HOW YOU FEEL while you’re doing what you do.

My motto for life is “always go for feeling good.”  I just LOVE feeling GOOD!!

Now does that mean that everything in my life goes perfectly to plan?  Does it mean that I always get what I want?  No … what it means is I focus on the aspects of my life that make me feel good.  So what if life sucks at the time?  What if the circumstances aren’t what I’d prefer?  Well, then I focus on the positive aspects of whatever the current subject is.  There’s always a “bright side” to everything.

I remember at one point in my life when things weren’t going so well, people would ask the obligatory “how ya goin?” type intro, and I’d reply with “circumstances aren’t the best, but I’m GREAT!”

That is how the video on the right side of my blog got there … because it makes me feel good.  I love how I feel when I watch it.  It resonates with who I am at the very core of my spirituality.

Popularized in The Secret movie and book, the concept of “Be Do Have” has created a great deal of controversy.  There are those that believe, those that don’t and those that want to believe but can’t figure out how to apply it in their lives.  Whichever group you fall into, I say … Great! 

Turning people’s attention toward the possibilities has given each of us as individuals the opportunity to assess our beliefs.  In the process, you decide.  Either way, it brings you to YOUR truth and that’s all that matters.  The ultimate outcome is you live your life more consciously and that is the only agenda I have.  That is my mission.

My mission is to help people like YOU live consciously.  Decide how to live life, realize who you really are and the ability, no the *power* you have to create a lifestyle you want, rather than be a victim to the external circumstances that surround you.  Just be open enough to consider for a moment the possibility that you are not a victim to your circumstances.

Every Moment Is A New Moment So The Past Does Not Equal The Future

For years people have commonly assumed, thought, and been culturally programmed to believe that

• IF they HAVE what they want (car, house, boat),
• they will be able to DO what they want (play with their friends),
• only then will they BE what they want (happy). 

Hence, the underlying assumption that external factors dictate or *cause* internal responses.  In other words, my happiness *depends* on what is happening in my life on the outside.

Well following that logic will only cause misery and heartache and unhappiness, because you cannot control every-thing and every-one in your environment.  Nor is it fathomable to think you can or have a right to dictate what another chooses to create in their life.  You are setting yourself up for failure right from the start.

In essence, the basic tenets of the BE DO HAVE philosophy is that the order is actually reversed from what people previously believed for years.   Try this on for size …

• First, you allow yourself to BE in a state of mind (happy, content, without inner conflict of intention)
• which will inspire you to DO whatever it takes (work hard, start an online business, buy property, visit an orphanage)
• to attract what you really want to HAVE in your life (financial security, world peace, a rewarding relationship, help others). 

And that pertains to all areas of your life, not just financial.  Hence, the underlying assumption that the only thing you *can* control is YOU, and more specifically, what about you?  … your thoughts.  You can only control what you choose to focus on.  And yes, you do have a choice.  Let’s explore that a bit further, shall we.

Psychology – Perception is Selective

Many theories in psychology academia concur that perception is selective.  Well, who cares what they say … what’s your experience?  Don’t give up your power to others.  Go within.  Trust yourself.  Look to your own experience, your own feelings.  So, let’s see …  in your environment right now, there is (let’s just say) 1 million pieces of information and for whatever reason, you choose 100 of them to give your attention. 

For example, what does the tip of your toe feel like right now?  Can you feel it?  Now that “feeling” was a piece of information that was in your environment, being processed, before I drew your attention to it, but it wasn’t until I mentioned it, that you became *aware* of it.  It wasn’t until you focussed on it, that you became *conscious* of it. 

I remember, when we bought a new red Mitsubishi I started seeing them everywhere and yet I had never noticed them before.  Well, do you think everyone went out and bought one the same day I did?  No.  That piece of information in my environment became more relevant to me personally and so I noticed that.  See what I mean?  Focus influences perception.

Well, given that you actually have a choice, you have two options: You can choose to focus on the positive aspects of a particular subject or you can choose to focus on the negative aspects.  They are both there – no denying.  One is no more real than another.  It always astounds me that people say “I’m a realist” when they are really justifying their choice to focus on the negative.  The fact of the matter is … one is no more *real* than the other, because nothing is really real; it’s all relative.  Because the way you see something may be different from how I see it.  You may see something as negative and I may see it as positive.  So what is real?  We won’t go there right now.  We’d never come back.

The point is .. you have a choice of what to focus on in your mind.  You can direct your thoughts.  It takes discipline to constantly focus on the positive aspects, that’s true, but the effort is worth it because of the influence it has on your vibration – the rate at which energy vibrates.  Now don’t be scared off by that term.  It’s not heeby jeeby; it’s actually quite logical and firmly based in the scientific realm of quantum physics.  Stay with me here and let me explain.

Science – Energy Vibrates Predictably

We all know that energy is the building blocks of the universe, right?  We are all energy.  Everything is energy.  Every single atom, molecule, quark … (you know all those funny named balls you memorized for the science exam) is made up of energy vibrating at different speeds.  Well, now scientific studies are confirming theories regarding the influence of our thoughts on the energy within us and also around us.  Turns out, what you focus on in your thoughts has an influence on how fast those molecules vibrate, it has an influence on the energy you emit into the universe.

Now the ramifications of chasing down that rabbit hole are outside the scope of this article, but it is an incredibly interesting study to find out how the world works.  I’ll add some links later that go into this subject further.

In fact, more than interesting, a thorough understanding would empower you to consciously control your energy vibration and hence attract or create a life that you want.  Mmmmm??? Now that’s starting to sound an awful lot like thoughts attracting results to me.  Go figure.

Hence, the evolution of our universal beliefs about HOW the world works.  Given that one theory sets you up for failure and the other sets you up for happiness, or at least the positive side of the scale, it seems logical to choose to follow the Be Do Have Model of Thought.  In studying and applying this model, you will come to understand how The Secret of How to Apply the Law of Attraction so you can create a life that you want – maybe even a Dream Lifestyle.

You will be absolutely amazed at the results in your life.

No, this wasn’t us (durrr!)   How could we BE on the Bridge and taking the pic too.  Just had to share this spectacle!  The Bridge Climb meant different things to each of us … for me, another FREEDOM moment!

As we climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge and enjoyed the exhilaration of an amazing view, those in the rat race were fighting for the fast lane at 30kph.   I know where I’d rather be!

Conduct business in luxury locations, with people you love, learning and teaching topics you are passionate about, that help others fulfill their dreams … All tax deductible!  You can’t get better than that!!

Had a blast in Sydney with Phil, Scott, Jeremy and Lyndsie.  Climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge for an incredible view over the harbour, including the Sydney Opera House.  Now, THAT, I highly recommend!
